Join us for a deeply restorative and uplifting experience in support of the Go Red For Women the American Heart Association's education and fundraising campaign.

- Reiki Energy Healing – A gentle yet powerful practice to restore balance and promote relaxation
- Sound Bath – Receive the soothing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal bowls, bringing you into a state of deep peace.
- Heartfelt Gratitude -A Path to Inner Peace and Healing – As you open yourself to gratitude, you'll nurture a deeper sense of peace, uplift your spirit, and support the natural healing ability of your heart and body.
- Journaling - to put words to the thoughts, feelings and intentions that arise.
This event welcomes anyone looking to reduce stress, find inner peace while supporting a cause that educates and SAVES LIVES!
Refreshments will be provided
What to bring:
a mat, blanket, and anything else you need for your comfort while meditating. Chairs will be available. RSVP REQUIRED!
