- Sound Healing: Experience the vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments tuned to the specific frequencies of each chakra, aiding in releasing stagnant energy.

What to Bring: Blanket, cushion, blanket, pillow or other accessories to make yourself comfortable lying down and an intention for your healing journey. Some chairs, blankets & mats available to borrow.

Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says "304 Main Street". Follow the driveway all the way to the very back (long set of buildings) where it ends in a circle. Park there and use the rear entrance at the end of a ramp. Follow signs to the Awakening Room.
