Love Your Body Pilates 

Embrace self-love and body gratitude

Saturday, February 15th 10:00am-12:00pm (Please arrive early for time to settle in, as we will start promptly at 10:00) 


Join us for a transformative Love Your Body Pilates mini-retreat, designed for women to embrace self-love and body gratitude. This empowering mini-retreat blends mindful movement, meditation, and reflection to foster a deeper connection with yourself.


What’s included:

  • All-Levels Mat Pilates Class: A rejuvenating session that strengthens, stretches, and centers your body, promoting awareness and connection with yourself.
  • Body Gratitude Meditation: A soothing meditation with guided imagery and breathwork to cultivate love and appreciation for your body, releasing self-judgment and fostering compassion.
  • Self-Love Journal Prompts & Sharing Circle: Reflect on your journey through thoughtful journal prompts, followed by a supportive sharing circle to connect with others and celebrate the power of self-love.


This retreat is a beautiful opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this experience will leave you feeling empowered, grateful, and connected to yourself in a whole new way.


What participants should bring: Water, journal, pen, yoga mat (some are available to borrow), a small towel/eye mask for the meditation (optional).

Sara is a Holistic Fitness Coach specializing in Pilates and Pilates-based strength training. She has over 15 years of experience teaching fitness & wellness throughout CT. Sara is passionate about empowering women to discover their body confidence and self-love through movement and mindset practices.
