Description

Empowerment Program for Teen Girls:

Encouraging Confidence, Boundaries, and Lasting Growth

With Rebecca Cohen, Master’s Level MFT Intern, in collaboration with Jennifer Hoffman, LCSW

Date and time: Sundays 4:30-6:00 PM, 4/6-5/18 (No group held on 4/20)

Adolescence is a time of self-discovery, but for many girls, it’s also a time of self-doubt, social pressure, and difficulty setting boundaries. This 6-week closed group for girls ages 14-16 is designed to help participants strengthen their sense of self, develop assertiveness, and navigate friendships and family expectations with confidence. Participants will benefit from a small group setting that combines structured activities to explore their narratives with open space to process their feelings. Snacks are provided and members will leave with skills to uphold their resilience and emotional wellbeing.

-What participants should bring: All supplies are provided! Participants should bring a desire for growth and meeting like minded people.

-Event Fee: $25 per session ($150 total) to either be paid weekly or in full before the first session (10% discount applies when paying in full). The mandatory intake fee is $40.

-RSVP Contact Info: Schedule an intake via call or text at 860-351-3075 or email at rebeccacohenmft@gmail.com

-RSVP deadline: 4/3 (intakes must be completed before 4/5)
